Jesus: The Mirror of God
đ Scripture: John 14:8â14
đď¸Â Sermon Title: âJesus: The Mirror of Godâ
đĄ What does it mean to see God?
How can we know the Fatherânot just believe in Him from afar, but truly behold Him?
In this sermon from John 14:8â14, we encounter one of the clearest and most glorious statements Jesus ever made about His divine identity:
đ âWhoever has seen Me has seen the Father.â
Through a patient and powerful response to Philipâs request, Jesus not only reveals that He is the visible image of the invisible Godâbut that all who believe in Him are called to continue His works, and even do greater works, through prayer, faith, and the indwelling Spirit.
đ ď¸ This message will challenge you to:
âď¸ Recognize Jesus as the full revelation of the Father
âď¸ Reflect Christ in your words, works, and witness
âď¸ Pray bold, kingdom-focused prayers in His name
âď¸ Trust in His promise to act when we walk in step with Him
đ The call is not to wait for another sign.
The call is to see Christâin His words, His works, and His woundsâand believe.
đŻ If youâve seen the Son, youâve seen the Father.
Now live like it.
